Trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle can be easy once you know these simple healthy facts list ranging from general health, nutrition, keto, and even how to keep motivated on your health journey!

As happy as I have been about creating this Health Facts List, I have been even more excited to be trying out my first explainer video. Everything is video now, and I decided to get my feet wet by taking these 31 facts and turning it into one video. Check it out!
