Here I gathered all of my favorite keto meal recipes that we actually use consistently.

Last month I flew across the country to visit my family. I spent a few days with my sister who is also doing keto (she’s lost 40+ pounds so far). She was so excited for me to come so she could show me all of the different, yummy, and easy, keto foods that have made this such an easy journey for her.
It was awesome not having to cook, and guess what? Everything she made was delicious!
And where better to keep all of our favorite meals than in a post that we can look up at any time?
So, without further ado. Both mine and my sister’s favorite Keto meals that we make over and over again. (so you know they are winners)
Keto Meals

Keto Breakfasts:
- Normally it’s just eggs. But sometimes I can get creative
- Egg Bakes (like this pizza egg bake)
- Quick, microwave Cheesecake (I sometimes eat it for breakfast)
Keto Dinners:
- Tacos: Salsa Chicken or Ground beef. I usually just eat it plain. But you can make it into a salad, or make these cool looking cheese tacos shells
- Spaghetti – I start with a sugar-free marinara sauce, then I put a pound of cooked ground beef into it, then I start adding all of these next ingredients to taste: Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (make sure its gf), Italian seasoning, garlic seasoning, onion powder, thyme (just a little), if it gets too strong, use a bit of granulated sweetener to soften the taste. at the end, add a pat of butter and let it melt in. It is really hearty and yummy! Then I eat it with either zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash.
- Egg roll in a bowl – I love stirfry! I have a wok (check it out HERE) and it is the best thing in my kitchen! Yes I do egg roll in a bowl quite often. But I also have made enough stifrys that I just add meat, veggies, nuts, oil, (mostly olive oil, but I always put a little bit of sesame oil in it too) and braggs amino acid (gf soy sauce) with garlic and ginger. and it’s all good to me! (try fresh cilantro or fresh basil, it’s so good!)
- Tuscan chicken. This is my favorite! the taste is too yummy to explain. I don’t use the tomatoes or spinach in it, instead I saute onions and sliced bell peppers with the chicken, then make the sauce and combine it. This is a family favorite that I make at least once a week. (use with cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles)
- Chicken and Broccoli – I just saute cooked chicken, frozen broccoli in oil, then add cheese, a little bit of heavy whipping cream, and seasonings like garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning to it. it’s really fast and filling.
- Roasted Veggies – pick your veggies (brussel sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, etc) wash and cut them to even pieces, toss them in olive oil, salt and pepper, then put them evenly on a pan and roast in the oven on 425 till desired softness (varies depending on veggies). My kids eat this all up when I make it! it’s also works with potatoes, carrots and yams . . . but those aren’t really keto-friendly.
- Almond encrusted Parmesan chicken (this one is a little more complicated, so I don’t do it quite as often. but it is yummy!
- Jalapeno Popper Chicken
Keto Snacks:
- Cucumbers or other keto veggies with a softened cream cheese mix (1 block cream cheese, a few dashes of dill seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, and onion powder. mix together)
- Chia Pudding (like this peppermint Chia Pudding)
Keto Sweets:
I hope this helps with your keto meal search!
