This Keto Chicken recipe is a really easy, delicious, and flavorful dish.

And it is pretty easy to make.

I would make this recipe with crushed corn flakes, but then it slowly evolved into a completely different dish.

This one is completely Keto and Low Carb friendly with 12 Carbs for the whole meal.

Have you heard of shake ‘n Bake? This Keto Chicken recipe, is just like that.

this keto recipe can be made in 6 easy steps:

First you mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Second, you put your cut up chicken in a ziploc bag.

Third, you put your melted butter in the bag and smush the chicken and butter together.

Fourth, you pour in the dry ingredients. Shake till covered.

Fifth, put in pan and cover with optional veggies.

6th, bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

Even my son who hates chicken loves this recipe. It is a decadent dinner. I usually make mashed potatoes for my family to go with it. Our favorite veggie to have with it is fresh asparagus.

Ingredients:

5 Chicken breast tenders

1/2 C. of almond meal (you can use almond flour, but it won’t be as encrusted)

1/2 C. Shredded Parmesan Cheese.

1/2 stick of melted butter

1 package of dry ranch

Veggies to put on top (Opt.)

Directions.

Preheat oven to 375. In a medium bowl, put almond meal, parmesan cheese, and ranch packet. Mix.  Set aside.

Cut fresh or thawed chicken into 1 inch cubes. put in gallon Ziploc bag. pour melted butter into the bag. Shake to coat chicken with butter. Add dry ingredients from bowl to the ziploc bag. Shake till all the chicken is covered. Pour onto baking pan. Add veggies on top if desired.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes And it’s done!

Ingredients
