My motivation for dieting is my own family. I just had my fifth baby, and I gained quite a bit of weight during pregnancy. I am slow, sluggish, and man! Going up and down stairs is rough! I want to have the same amount of energy and charisma raising my 5th child as I did raising my 1st.
