These workouts can be done anywhere, without any equipment necessary. So get ready to sweat with these full-body workouts for women!
I am not a fitness expert, I only want to have a fit body. So I’ve been trying to gather my favorite Youtube exercises that I can do at home.
So let me start by saying that the ones I picked are pretty dang awesome! They are about 30 minutes each, don’t require any equipment, can be done in the privacy of your own home. And the best part, is if you do them enough, you can then copy the workouts while simultaneously watching a movie! (that’s what I do)

Very quickly, let’s answer some questions about full-body workouts.
– Which exercise is best for whole body?
There are a lot of great exercises that work the entire body, but our personal favorite is the squat. Squats help to tone and tighten your legs, butt, and core. And they can be done anywhere! No equipment necessary.
Planks are also a great whole-body exercise. They work your arms, legs, butt, abs, and back. And they can be done anywhere! No equipment necessary. (I personally do mild planks/pushups using the counter of my kitchen or bathroom a few times per day. I control the angle, so I can feel it in my backs and arms).
The other full-body exercise that is really common is the classic jumping jack. Jumping jacks are a great cardio workout, and they also work your arms, legs, and core. It is more of a cardio movement that a muscle building exercise though, so it is best for warm ups.
– Is it OK to do full body workouts all the time?
It’s important that your muscles have adequate rest and recovery time, so don’t overdo it with a full-body workout every day. You’ll get better results if you only do 2 or 3 sessions per week for best performance!
Is It Ok To Exercise While Dieting?
I have had a few experiences where was practicing omad and cardio. And most of the time I could exercise just fine. But every once in a while, I noticed I was feeling a little faint. If this happens to you, you should stop working out and get some good electrolytes. But normally, it is actually suggested that a good workout routine be paired with a good, healthy diet.
– But if you are still asking “Can I do full-body workout at home daily?”
Which I actually find more doable. It is easier for me to exercise twice a week, than it is to exercise every day!
When you start a full-body routine, your muscles will grow faster and be more resistant to fatigue. You’ll also get out of the gym quicker because there’s less downtime between exercises for each muscle group! Plus, full-body routines help to improve your posture and increase your range of motion. And who doesn’t want that?
Sure! Rest and recovery is important as well though, so I know a lot of people who will do a full-body workout one day, then do an ‘active rest’ workout with yoga, the next. Here is my favorite yoga full body workout.
– Are 10 minute full body workouts effective?
Yes, they can be! Just like any other workout, the key is to make sure that you are working at a high intensity and pushing yourself to your limit. If you can do that in a ten minute timeframe, then you will definitely see results!
If you only have ten minutes, I suggest you check out my list of H.I.I.T workouts here!
– What is a workout body?
A workout body is a fit, healthy body that has been toned and sculpted through regular exercise. A workout body typically has visible muscles, definition, and is generally considered to be aesthetically pleasing. Having a workout body requires dedication to a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise.
Everyone has their own version of what their ideal body is. A lot of people may want a sculpted body, but for me that means extra time working out. I’m happy with just a slim body, and more time to do other things.
– So What is a good full-body workout routine at home?
Although I prefer a fitness instructor to tell me what to do, (which is why I’m sharing the youtube resources) you can make up a basic plan for yourself. Here is a list of common full-body exercises that you can add to your day. So without further ado, here is the workout:
Warm up for three minutes by doing jumping jacks or running in place. Then, begin your circuit with the following eight exercises. Do each exercise for 45 seconds, and then take a 15-second break before moving on to the next one. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout your workout!
- Squats
- Push-ups
- Lunges
- Sit-ups
- Plank
- Jumping jacks
- Burpees
- High knees
After you’ve completed the circuit once, take a one-minute break, and then start again. Repeat the entire routine three times for a killer workout that will leave you feeling strong and sweaty!
So there you have it! The ultimate home workout for women of every fitness level. Get moving and see how great you feel after just a few minutes of exercise. (study on full body workouts)
– Can a 20 minute workout be effective?
Yes! Here is a fun workout video that is only 20 minutes long.
– What is the most effective workout at home?
This post was specifically for no equipment workouts, but I also just bought a rowing machine, and I have never been so happy in my life! My biggest problem with working out, is that I get bored. But with the rower, I can forget that I am exercising, and watch my favorite movies or T.V shows while simultaneously raising my heart rate, strengthening my back, and my legs, and my arms. . . basically all of the major muscle groups in one, easy movement. Although it does help with your core, it doesn’t exactly work out your abs. . . Which turned out great for when I was pregnant!
