Take Mint Every Day For 2 Weeks For Weight Loss
I just planted a pitiful little garden. . . really it’s just a bunch of pots with green things I hope will grow. But I made sure I picked up, not one, but two different kinds of mint plants. Why? Well one, because they are supposed to help ward off bugs, two, they are part of a weed family, so very hard to kill, and three, because I LOVE MINT SO MUCH!
Did you know they have an orange mint plant? AND a chocolate mint plant?! I’m so excited to use the leaves in a refreshing drink later, and hopefully get good at putting it in other recipes. . . But I digress.
Do you take advantage of the amazing herbs that exist in nature? So many of these
little plants have the attributes that can help to change lives of people everywhere, but
which one catches your eye?
If you’ve ever tried chewing on a piece of freshly plucked mint leaves, then you know that there aren’t many flavors as bold and refreshing as mint, but is that where the goods stop with mint, or is there a lot more to this amazing herb than what it does to your dancing taste buds? It turns out that science has
uncovered previously unknown facts about how mint can actually help improve health.
The following information will go over some of the top health benefits of mint.

for a new healthy course and make it easier for you to lose weight in a healthy, natural
It Has Essential Vitamins and Minerals That Promote Health (and weight loss)
Herbs are amazing plants on multiple levels. Not only do they add massive amounts of
flavor to the favorite dishes of the world and grant fresh breath up those who eat it, they
also give people some of the very important trace minerals that aid in the development
of the human body. Mint contains phosphorus, iron, and calcium (which are among the most well-known nutrients) along with vitamins C and A, which are ultra-important for the repair and growth of skin cells.
These vitamins and minerals also make up some parts of the cell walls in your
circulatory system, which is absolutely essential for living. Fresh mint is more popular
than ever, and having it means having a healthy body, so you can bet that you will
easily find all of the foods that you can put with it to gain maximum benefits.

Do you ever get stomach aches after dinner? Some people suffer from a sensitive
stomach all of their lives, and this can be very difficult for those who are planning to
gather at family function or special dinners for their job. If you are a person who suffers
from a digestive disorder, then you know the careful planning that has to come into play
around those types of events. Because a careless dining experience could possibly end
you night and leave you wishing that you had just stayed home.
Mint contains a few different agents that can help to soothe the stomach and digestive
tract in very effective ways. That can help prevent the bloating and painful reaction that
can sometimes occur due to various intolerances that have arisen over time. This is
especially true for people who suffer from the types of gastrointestinal changes that take
place later in life.

Chewing Mint Gum Or Brushing Our Teeth With Mint Toothpaste Helps Us Snack On Less Calories
Some no-brainer ways to use mint in our every day life of trying to lose weight, is to use it to help us cut down on snacking. . . which can help cut down on unnessesary calories. . . which can then lead to weight loss!
If you are like me, and seem to spend an inordinate amount of time in my car. . . from work, errands, kids, trips. . . you name it, and I’ve driven it!
I tend to get hungry, or worse, tired, while I drive. And I need to chew on something. I’ve been known to eat an entire Costco bag of dark and white chocolate drizzled popcorn (yes it’s good) in a single trip just to keep me awake. When what I could have done, which would have been cheaper and just as efficient, would have been to pack some mint gum instead. Now I keep gum in my car all the time just for this reason. I know I have saved myself thousands of calories by now just by making this switch!
The other thing I have done in the past, is to brush my teeth right after meals in the middle of the day. Mint does not blend well with other foods, and having a minty fresh mouth makes me not able to eat those extra snacks (for a little while at least).
Drinking The Benefits Of Mint Water For Weight loss: Warm Or Cold
Fresh mint is ideal (picked fresh from the garden, cleaned and ready). But let’s be honest, shelf-stable is more realistic, right? I was given Peppermint Oil from DoTerra by my mom, and I use that. I am not an affiliate of theirs in any way. . . But my sister is! So this is her link if you’d like to buy some. It is one of the food-grade oils, so it can be ingested. (you only need a drop or 2 to really taste it and to get the benefits from it).
I love the benefits of chia seeds, so I love this peppermint chia seed recipe, that gives you the weight loss benefits of both mint and chia seeds!
But also, just adding mint to your water throughout the day, will help with inflammation and satiety.
I personally love the combination of mint and cucumber or mint and limes! And bonus, it will make you WANT to drink more water.
And of course you can’t go wrong with warm peppermint tea!
Try to be as clean as you can with your foods. Adding mint to sugar-laden brownies, will probably negate the upsides of mint for weight loss. . . I’m just sayin’.
Adding a little extra peppermint oil to an already minty food. . .
My other favorite way of getting in extra mint, is adding the healthy peppermint oil to something that already has mint in it. Namely, I do this to my chocolate mint KetoChow shakes (I love keto btw) this way I know the mint will be effective with all the health benefits, and not just the processed taste!

Many people are affected by one thing or another. If you are allergic, you might have a reaction when you come in contact with something that you’re allergic to. This can be something like pet waste, dander, or the wastes of very small organisms like dust mites. That’s why it’s important to clean and keep your environment free of allergens. But there are also many food-like allergies that make it into our digestive system.

issues that can be aggravated by harsh, sudden contractions of the muscles in the surrounding area.

fresh mint. One great way to get these benefits would be to add some fresh mint to your
